Dual Lead Worm system is rugged and accurate, Provides smooth uninterrupted motion with easy backlash adjustment and minimum maintenance.	YRT Rotary Table Bearings is used, which offer advantages such as high axial and radial load capacity, high tilted rigidity and high precision. They can also support radial loads, axial loads from both directions and tilting moments free from clearance and are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements with high requirements for running accuracy. The bearings are radially and axially pre-loaded after fitting.
The worm shaft is made of high carbon steel in order to achieve high wear resistance, efficient power transmission with best accuracy.
The worm wheel is made of brass alloy with wear resistance. The profile of the worm wheel and shaft are meshed precisely to have large area contact which leads in better power transmission with high precision.
